1. Where is Zayrak.online based?
We are based in Tehsil Phalia, District Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, Pakistan, and we deliver orders across Pakistan.
2. Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes, we ship to most cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times.
3. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after your order is confirmed. Public holidays, sale periods or remote locations may cause slight delays.
4. How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your location and order value. We often offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000 (subject to change during promotions).
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If Cash on Delivery is available for your area, you’ll see COD as a payment option at checkout. Where COD is not available, you can pay via available online payment methods.
6. How do I choose the right size?
Please check our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re between two sizes or unsure, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for hoodies.
7. Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
8. What items are not eligible for return?
Items that are used, washed, damaged, customized, or missing original tags/packaging, as well as certain sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
9. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at zayrak.online@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and clear photos (if the item is damaged/incorrect). Our team will guide you through the process.
10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders for uniforms?

11. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review and arrange an exchange or solution as per our policies.
13. How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we’ll share your tracking ID via SMS/email or in your account. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier’s website.
